can I customize myself for free? |

CoreOffice is highly
customizable and because we enable the user to customize the
program, we eliminate the customization costs. You can
easily custom tailor CoreOffice to your industry and
specifically for your company. You'll be able to easily
customize:
- File Handlers &
Workforce: Setup your employees, CoreOffice users,
subcontractors, in-house laborers and more. Define
module access privileges and security levels for each user.
- Vendor Accounts: Setup
your material suppliers, recurring transactions, scheduled
payments, chart of accounts and more.
- Regular & Turnkey
Accounts: Setup repeat customers you do business
with regularly, including rolodex for account contacts and
more.
- Trade Defaults & Labor
Task Codes: Setup labor descriptions and prices
for all work you commonly perform. Use these codes to
build work orders, stored budgets and more.
- Warehousing & Material
Codes: Setup material codes for all the material
you commonly purchase. This becomes your personal list
of frequently purchased material items. CoreOffice
manages your pricing for each item for up to 20 different
vendors and has built-in inventory management as well.
- Stored Budgets and
Templates: Easily create templates for work
procedures you do over and over. Build stored budgets
using material and labor codes. Then put together an
estimate quickly based on one or more stored budgets.
Convert this estimate to work orders, POs and more when the
job sells.
- Company Logo, address
information, website, etc.
- There are also over 75
customizable fields for you to setup that can be used to
store and track information on each customer. Easily
setup default values for these fields as well. A
number of customizable fields throughout the various views
of CoreOffice are available as well.
- Additionally, each premium
module has it's own setup features which can be managed by
the end-user very easily, such as equipment setup in
the Equipment and Vehicle Manager module, and the
extensive setup features found in the CoreOffice GL, Credit
Card Manager, and W2 Payroll modules.
Do
you need custom views or reports ?
While CoreOffice is extremely
user-customizable, we realize that there may be specific
reports, views or complete custom modules that you need setup in
the software just for you. And we can do that!
Just let us know your specific needs and we can provide you with
a detailed scope of work so that you have a complete
understanding of the time the project will take and how much the
project will cost.

data from our software into other applications for our users.
