If you already have the correct
computer and network configuration, or already have an in-house
network administrator or local IT person whom you use, you probably will not need to purchase
our IT support package.
While CoreOffice is fairly easy to deploy over a network, please
have your IT person contact our support center regarding
configuration requirements before he or she proceeds.
For those who prefer that we
"walk you through" the setup process by phone, our time is billable for
all topics that fall outside the realm of
CoreOffice software
training. This includes topics such as setting up or
configuring your network, setting up remote control services,
fax drivers, printers questions, etc. Phone support is
typically not billable when it comes to answering questions
regarding the use of CoreOffice, such as, "How
do I send an invoice?"
NOTE:
If you will be using CoreOffice on a single
computer and not in a networked environment - the setup is done
completely by the installer and no special configuration is
necessary.
